The CDC and FDA have provided an updated investigation into a multistate Cyclospora outbreak linked to iceberg lettuce from Taylor Farms de Mexico. The outbreak now includes 6,358 illnesses reported from 15 states, with two deaths reported in Michigan. Epidemiologic and traceback data continue to link the illnesses to contaminated iceberg lettuce.
