Victory Medical Center Pharmacy has voluntarily recalled certain lots of Compounded Glutathione 200 mg/mL Multi-Dose Vials to the patient level. The recall was initiated after pharmacy testing identified elevated bacterial endotoxin levels, posing a potential risk to patients.
