Phase III Trial Shows Efficacy and Safety of Gefurulimab for Generalized Myasthenia Gravis

An international Phase III study, published in JAMA Neurology, has demonstrated the safety and efficacy of gefurulimab. This novel once-weekly self-administered nanobody treatment is for adults with anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody-positive generalized myasthenia gravis, showing clinically meaningful improvements sustained over 26 weeks.
