FDA Approves New Combination Therapy for Advanced Melanoma

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a new combination therapy, RP1 plus nivolumab (Tudriqev and Opdivo), for adults with advanced cutaneous melanoma that has progressed after anti-PD-1 therapy. This approval provides clinicians with an additional second-line treatment option, based on data from the Replimune's phase 2 IGNYTE trial.
