Lutetium Lu 177 Vipivotide Tetraxetan Improves Prostate Cancer Survival in Phase 3 Trial

Results from the PSMAddition phase 3 trial, published in The Lancet, indicate that adding lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan to standard therapy significantly extended radiographic progression-free survival in patients with PSMA-positive metastatic prostate cancer. This finding offers a new potential treatment option for individuals with androgen pathway modulation-naïve or -sensitive disease.
