First Patient Dosed in Phase II Trial of Novel Combination Therapy for Advanced Breast Cancer

Akeso, Inc. has announced that the first patient has been dosed in a Phase II clinical study (AK146D1-202) evaluating AK146D1, a TROP2/Nectin-4 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate, in combination with ivonescimab, a PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody. This trial aims to explore a new treatment regimen for advanced breast cancer, specifically focusing on first-line HR+/HER2- breast cancer and triple-negative breast cancer.
