New research led by University Hospital Southampton, published in *eClinicalMedicine*, indicates that Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a feasible and acceptable treatment for intensive care survivors experiencing post-traumatic stress. Early results showed greater improvements in PTSD symptoms among those who received EMDR.
