Sonelokimab Shows Positive Topline Results in Phase 3 Trial for Psoriatic Arthritis

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics announced positive topline results from its Phase 3 IZAR-1 trial evaluating sonelokimab in biologic-naïve adults with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA). The study met all clinical endpoints at Week 16 for the 60 mg dose, demonstrating significant improvements across various measures, including ACR50, ACR20, MDA, and PASI90.
