Taylor Fresh Foods is recalling 20 products containing jalapeños, including items sold under Kroger, Target, and Trader Joe's brands, due to a Salmonella outbreak that has sickened 345 people across 27 states. The contamination is linked to jalapeño peppers from a grower in Sinaloa, Mexico. Consumers are advised to discard affected products.
