FDA Grants Accelerated Approval for Multiple Myeloma Treatment

The FDA has granted accelerated approval to Zenbexus (iberdomide) in combination with daratumumab, hyaluronidase-fihj, and dexamethasone. This treatment is for adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy. It marks the market introduction of the first cereblon E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD) for this condition.
