Shilpa Medicare Limited has issued a recall for PEMRYDI RTU (pemetrexed injection), 100 mg/10 mL single-dose vials, following reports of green to dark green discoloration in certain vials. Patients should not use the recalled vials and should contact their healthcare provider or pharmacy for a replacement or to return the product.
