New Federal Rules Mandate Accessible Medical Equipment for Healthcare Providers
Federal regulations are now imposing new requirements on healthcare providers to ensure better accessibility for people with disabilities. These largely identical rules were issued by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services, with the HHS rule taking effect on July 8.
