FDA Approves Bristol-Myers Squibb's Iberdomide Combination for Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Bristol-Myers Squibb's (BMS) iberdomide in combination with subcutaneous daratumumab and dexamethasone (IberDd) for adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior line of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent. This approval is notable as it is the FDA's first in the relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma setting to be based on minimal residual disease (MRD)-negative complete response data.
