United Therapeutics has fully enrolled 754 patients in its multinational, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 TETON-PPF study. This trial evaluates nebulized Tyvaso for progressive pulmonary fibrosis over 52 weeks, with topline data expected in the second half of 2027.
