FDA Grants Fast Track Designation for Endometrial Cancer Combination Therapy

The FDA has granted Fast Track Designation to the combination of sapanisertib and serabelisib plus paclitaxel for the treatment of pretreated advanced endometrial cancer with PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway alterations. This designation aims to expedite the development and review of drugs that treat serious conditions and fill an unmet medical need.
