InnoCare Reports Positive Clinical Trial Milestones for Autoimmune Diseases and Cancer in 2026 Interim Results

InnoCare announced positive Phase III clinical trial results for soficitinib in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and orelabrutinib in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), with orelabrutinib becoming the first BTK inhibitor to demonstrate significant efficacy in a Phase II SLE trial. The company also reported an NDA approval for orelabrutinib in Australia for primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and NDA acceptances for other therapies.
