A secondary analysis of the IMPROVE trial, published in The ASCO Post, indicates that a virtual, live mind-body therapy and fitness program (Integrative Medicine@Home) significantly improved overall survival in patients with solid tumors experiencing fatigue during systemic therapy. At a median follow-up of 28.6 months, median overall survival was not reached in the intervention group compared to 26.3 months in the control group.
