AI Improves Patient Diagnosis and Treatment Speed at Mercy Health System

Mercy Health System, in collaboration with Aidoc, has deployed AI technology to significantly accelerate patient care by rapidly identifying critical issues such as blood clots, brain bleeds, and fractures. The aiOS™ platform, used across over 50 hospitals, flagged more than 50,000 incidental findings in five months, leading to faster clinical attention for over 5,600 patients. This demonstrates AI's potential to enhance diagnostic efficiency and improve patient outcomes by preventing delayed or missed diagnoses.
