Ivonescimab Shows Improved Survival in Lung Cancer Trial

Primary analysis results from the global Phase III HARMONi clinical trial for ivonescimab in lung cancer have been published in The Lancet Oncology. The study demonstrated that ivonescimab, combined with platinum-doublet chemotherapy, significantly improved progression-free survival in patients with EGFR-mutated, advanced non-small cell lung cancer after prior EGFR TKI treatment. This marks the first immunotherapy-based regimen to show such a benefit in this patient population.
