Phase 2b Study of Rezpegaldesleukin for Atopic Dermatitis Published in The Lancet

Nektar Therapeutics announced the publication of peer-reviewed data from the 16-week induction period of the REZOLVE-AD Phase 2b study in The Lancet. The study evaluated rezpegaldesleukin in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, meeting all primary and key secondary endpoints. These results represent the first large, randomized, placebo-controlled trial to demonstrate that selectively expanding regulatory T cells can lead to clinically meaningful improvements in atopic dermatitis.
