Phase 3 VALOR Trial Results for Brepocitinib in Dermatomyositis Published in JAMA Dermatology
Skin-specific outcomes from the Phase 3 VALOR trial of brepocitinib, an oral TYK2 and JAK1 inhibitor, in adults with dermatomyositis have been published in JAMA Dermatology. The results showed rapid and durable improvements in disease activity, itch, and skin-related quality of life for patients treated with brepocitinib compared to placebo. Serious infections occurred more often with brepocitinib but resolved with medical management.
