Mayo Clinic is a key partner in the $27.7 million ARPA-H AEGIS project, aiming to develop affordable, scalable CRISPR-based gene-editing therapies. The five-year initiative seeks to provide one-time treatments for over 500 rare inherited immune disorders in children, restoring normal immune function.
