China's NMPA Approves ATLED (Fanregratinib) for FGFR2-Fusion/Rearrangement Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

HUTCHMED (China) Limited announced that the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has granted conditional approval for ATLED® (fanregratinib). This novel, selective, oral inhibitor targeting FGFR 1/2/3 is approved for adult patients with advanced, metastatic, or unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) with FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement who have previously received systemic therapy. ICC is an aggressive malignancy, and this approval provides a new treatment option for a specific patient population.
