Phase III REVEAL Study Shows Investigational PET Radiotracer Effective for Diagnosing Cardiac Amyloidosis

Results from the Phase III REVEAL study, presented at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2026 and simultaneously published in The Journal of the American Medical Association, demonstrated that the investigational PET radiotracer iodine 124 evuzamitide met its primary endpoints for sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing cardiac amyloidosis.
