WHO Allocates US$150,000 Emergency Funds for Nepal Flood Response

The World Health Organization (WHO) has released US$150,000 from its South-East Asia Regional Health Emergency Fund (SEARHEF) to address urgent health and other needs in Nepal following devastating flash floods. The WHO has also dispatched essential emergency medical supplies, including an Interagency Emergency Health Kit for up to 10,000 people, and multipurpose tents to support health service delivery.
