FDA Approves Daraxonrasib for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved daraxonrasib (Rasonque) for adults with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma who have received at least one prior systemic therapy or are not candidates for multiagent systemic therapy. This new oral tablet targets active forms of RAS family proteins, which are key drivers of tumor growth in most pancreatic adenocarcinomas, offering a new treatment option for this aggressive cancer.
