Novel siRNA Kylo-11 Shows Deep and Durable Reduction in Lp(a) Levels in Phase 1 Trial

A first-in-human Phase 1 trial of Kylo-11, a novel long-duration small interfering RNA (siRNA), demonstrated profound and extremely durable reductions in serum lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) levels. The study, published in The Lancet and presented at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2026, showed up to a 97% median reduction from baseline at 48 weeks with a single 600-mg injection, with the drug being well tolerated.
