Eledon Pharmaceuticals Submits FDA Application for Registrational Islet Cell Transplantation Study

Eledon Pharmaceuticals has submitted an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to the FDA for a registrational study of its investigational therapy, tegoprubart, in islet cell transplantation for type 1 diabetes. The company also reported new enrollments in investigator-initiated and compassionate-use programs for islet and kidney transplants, and reaffirmed its plan to initiate a Phase 3 kidney transplant trial in Q4 2026.
