Florida-based Ana Salazar Modela Tu Cuerpo Inc. has recalled Lipofit Extreme Fat Burner 2.0 due to the presence of undeclared fluoxetine and 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP), a toxic chemical not approved for human use. The FDA had previously warned consumers about the product in June.
