Early-phase trial data for daraxonrasib in RAS mutant lung cancer published in NEJM

The New England Journal of Medicine published positive Phase 1/2 clinical trial results for daraxonrasib (Rasonque), an oral inhibitor, in patients with previously treated advanced RAS mutant non-small cell lung cancer. The study reported a 42% objective response rate and 89% disease control rate in a subgroup, with promising survival data. These findings support ongoing Phase 3 trials and address a treatment gap for patients with specific RAS mutations.
