New England Journal of Medicine Publishes Positive Phase 1/2 Data for RASONQUE in RAS Mutant Lung Cancer

Revolution Medicines, Inc. announced the publication of Phase 1/2 clinical trial data for RASONQUE (daraxonrasib), an oral RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor, in The New England Journal of Medicine. The study in previously treated advanced RAS mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients showed a 42% objective response rate and 89% disease control rate in a key subgroup, with a median overall survival of 16 months. These results support the ongoing Phase 3 RASolve 301 trial and address an unmet need for patients with RAS mutations other than G12C, for whom no targeted therapies currently exist.
