Akeso's Ivonescimab Demonstrates Significant Overall Survival Benefit in Phase III Trial for Advanced NSCLC
A pre-specified interim analysis of the HARMONi-2 (AK112-303) Phase III trial showed that ivonescimab, a PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody, achieved a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in overall survival compared to pembrolizumab as a first-line treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors express PD-L1. Detailed data will be presented at an upcoming international medical conference and published in a peer-reviewed journal.
