B7-H4 Targeted Antibody-Drug Conjugates Show Promise in Platinum-Resistant Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer

New data presented at the 2026 SGO Annual Meeting highlights the potential of B7-H4 targeted antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), such as mocertatug rezetecan (Mo-Rez), in treating platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) and recurrent endometrial cancer. Early phase 1 data for Mo-Rez showed objective response rates in the 60% range for both disease sites, indicating a new frontier for treatment in these challenging gynecologic cancers.
