A large comparative study published in the British Journal of Ophthalmology, involving nearly 74,000 men, suggests that long-term use of tadalafil (Cialis) for urinary symptoms related to an enlarged prostate may be associated with an increased risk of glaucoma and other eye pressure problems. Men prescribed the drug were found to be 22% more likely to develop glaucoma.
