The recall, originally announced on July 29, stems from a 'lack of assurance of sterility' and potential contamination. While no injuries have been reported, the company is taking this voluntary action out of caution to ensure product safety. The affected 0.5-fluid-ounce (15-milliliter) bottles were distributed by Medtech Products.
