Phase II Clinical Trial Results for DFP-14323 in NSCLC Published in Peer-Reviewed Journal

Delta-Fly Pharma announced the publication of Phase II clinical trial results for DFP-14323 (ubenimex) in combination with low-dose afatinib for EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the international peer-reviewed journal Therapeutic Advances in Medical Oncology. The study, involving 26 patients, showed a disease control rate (DCR) of 100% and an objective response rate (ORR) of 69.2%, with a median progression-free survival (PFS) of 23.1 months.
