FDA Approves Relacorilant Plus Nab-Paclitaxel for Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved relacorilant (Lifyorli, Corcept) in combination with nab-paclitaxel for adults with platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who have received one to three prior systemic regimens, including bevacizumab. The approval is based on efficacy and safety data from the phase 3 ROSELLA trial.
