Phase II Clinical Trial Results for DFP-14323 in Combination with Low-Dose Afatinib for NSCLC Published

Delta-Fly Pharma has announced the publication of Phase II clinical trial results for DFP-14323 (ubenimex) in combination with low-dose afatinib as a first-line treatment for patients with EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study, published in the international peer-reviewed journal Therapeutic Advances in Medical Oncology, showed a disease control rate (DCR) of 100% and an objective response rate (ORR) of 69.2% in 26 enrolled patients, with a favorable safety profile.
