Bristol Myers Squibb announced positive topline results from its Phase 2 QUINTESSENTIAL trial for arlocabtagene autoleucel, a GPRC5D-directed CAR T cell therapy. The therapy met its primary endpoint of overall response rate and a key secondary endpoint of complete response rate in heavily pretreated adult patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma.
