Abbott Receives FDA Approval for TactiFlex Duo Ablation Catheter for Atrial Fibrillation Treatment

Abbott announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved its TactiFlex™ Duo Ablation Catheter, Sensor Enabled™, for treating patients with complex cases of atrial fibrillation (AFib). This dual-energy catheter combines pulsed field ablation (PFA) and radiofrequency (RF) energy, offering physicians greater flexibility in tailoring treatment to individual patient needs.
