Pharvaris Reports Positive Phase 3 Data for Deucrictibant XR in Preventing Hereditary Angioedema Attacks
Pharvaris announced statistically significant and clinically meaningful topline results from its pivotal Phase 3 CHAPTER-3 study of deucrictibant extended-release (XR) tablet for the prophylaxis of hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks. The study, which included all three types of HAE, met its primary endpoint with an 83% reduction in mean monthly attack rate compared to placebo, and all secondary efficacy endpoints were also met. The drug demonstrated early-onset and sustained protection over 24 weeks and was well-tolerated.
