Roivant Announces Positive Phase 2 Results for Mosliciguat in Pulmonary Hypertension Associated with Interstitial Lung Disease (PH-ILD)

Roivant has reported positive topline results from its Phase 2 PHocus clinical trial evaluating mosliciguat for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD), a life-threatening condition. The study met its primary endpoint, demonstrating a statistically significant and clinically meaningful 56.3% reduction in pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) at Week 16, the highest ever reported in a randomized controlled PH trial. Secondary endpoints, including a significant improvement in six-minute walk distance, were also met. A Phase 3 study, PHrontier, has been initiated.
