Pharvaris' Deucrictibant XR Shows Positive Phase 3 Results for Preventing Hereditary Angioedema Attacks

Pharvaris announced statistically significant and clinically meaningful topline results from its pivotal Phase 3 CHAPTER-3 study, showing deucrictibant extended-release (XR) tablet reduced the mean monthly attack rate of hereditary angioedema (HAE) by 83% across all HAE types. This oral treatment was well-tolerated and met all primary and secondary efficacy endpoints.
