Roivant's Mosliciguat Shows Positive Phase 2 Results for Pulmonary Hypertension Associated with Interstitial Lung Disease

Roivant announced positive results from its Phase 2 PHocus clinical trial for mosliciguat, a treatment for pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). The study met its primary endpoint with a significant reduction in pulmonary vascular resistance and also showed improvements in six-minute walk distance and NT-proBNP levels.
