Roche and MediLink Announce Positive Phase III Results for Tam-Peli in Relapsed Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Interim results from the randomized Phase III TAISHAN-302 trial showed that Tam-Peli (tambotatug pelitecan) significantly improved overall survival in Chinese patients with relapsed small-cell lung cancer, reducing the risk of death by 54% compared to topotecan. The drug also demonstrated robust efficacy in progression-free survival and response rates, with a manageable safety profile. The New Drug Application for Tam-Peli has been accepted by China's National Medical Products Administration.
