Ivonescimab Shows Positive Overall Survival in First-Line PD-L1-Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Positive overall survival results from the Phase III HARMONi-2 study were presented at the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer, demonstrating that ivonescimab significantly prolonged overall survival compared to pembrolizumab in patients with PD-L1-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The dual immuno-oncology and anti-angiogenesis mechanism of ivonescimab showed consistent benefits across subgroups, including those traditionally considered high-risk for anti-VEGF therapies.
