Akeso's Ivonescimab Shows Superior Overall Survival Against Pembrolizumab in First-Line PD-L1-Positive NSCLC

Akeso, Inc. presented positive overall survival (OS) results from the randomized, double-blind, multicenter, registrational Phase III HARMONi-2 study, demonstrating that ivonescimab significantly prolonged OS compared to pembrolizumab as a first-line treatment for patients with PD-L1-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The findings were presented as a Late-Breaking Abstract at the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC).
