The phase III TAISHAN-302 trial found that tambotatug pelitecan (Tam-Peli), a novel anti-B7-H3 antibody-drug conjugate, significantly improved overall survival, progression-free survival, and objective response rate compared with topotecan in patients with relapsed small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Tam-Peli reduced the risk of death by 54% and demonstrated a manageable safety profile.
