BioNTech and OncoC4 Report Gotistobart Nearly Doubles Survival in Squamous NSCLC
BioNTech SE and OncoC4, Inc. have presented updated data from stage 1 of their global randomized PRESERVE-003 Phase 3 clinical trial, showing that gotistobart (BNT316/ONC-392) nearly doubled median overall survival in patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose disease had progressed on prior immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The investigational CTLA-4-targeting immunotherapy achieved a median overall survival of 18.5 months, compared to 10.0 months with standard-of-care chemotherapy. These promising findings were shared at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer.
