BioNTech and OncoC4 Present Updated Data Showing Gotistobart Nearly Doubled Median Overall Survival in Previously Treated Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients

Updated data from stage 1 of the PRESERVE-003 Phase 3 clinical trial for gotistobart, an investigational CTLA-4-targeting immunotherapy, demonstrated a median overall survival of 18.5 months compared to 10.0 months with standard-of-care chemotherapy in patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer whose disease progressed on prior immunotherapy and chemotherapy. This chemotherapy-free approach could potentially transform the standard of care.
